Hello, greetings from mumbai, india. I have ordered jewellery from linkshe company usa. My shipment number [protected], has already arrived in mumbai airport and it shows as parcel held for kyc documents. I keep on getting messages on my cell daily to upload kyc document. I am overseas on ship and so my cell calls are not active as no network. Everyday when i try to upload kyc document a window opens up asking username and password. I put in linkshe username and password. The page blanks out says invalid credentials. I have uploaded my national id document herewith on this site with this message. Kindly note that and deliver my parcel. I believe yours is an internationally well known couriers and such hassles lead to wastage of my time and damage of your esteemed reputation. Please do the needful. Thanks
