We have paid an advance amount of 2L INR against the booking an apartment in Aratt Premier.
However, during the legal verification our lawyer advice not proceed due to certain concern quoted for which legal team from the builder doesn't have much details.
Based on this we have cancelled the booking on 22-May 2016. As initially stated the refund will process after 25-30 Working days.
As on today (07-Sep-2016), the builder never responded on mail about the refund and mostly the queries are unanswered both from Accountant/Collection Manager.
The treatment is so pathetic, even third tier Bangalore builder will refrain from doing this kind of behavior.
