Archies Online — delivered different product

I ordered a rakhi combo from the archies website. They delivered a different product without any confirmation from me. Now they are telling me all the stories that you were not reachable and we do not want to spoil your festival so we delivered something else. I disd not the like the delivered rakhi and not they are not ready to replace it. They are saying you need to deliver it back and we will cut 5% charges before issuing a gift certificate. This kind of behavior is not expected from a retail website like archies. They have permanently lost a customer and i hope this complaint will open their eyes and will refrain them from making same mistakes.
