Archies Online — I am complaining about non refund of money. | |||
I had ordered a cake from archies, to be delivered on 17th december 2017 to chennai. I cancelled the order on 15th of december by calling their costumer care number, but i did not recieve a confirmation. I tried contacting then on 16/12/17 which was a saturday; but i could not reach them. Hence i sent a mail on sunday. The cake was not delivered, and is still not delivered (It has been more than a week now.) On contacting the costumer care helpline, i was notified that my call was never registered. I have tried contacting them again, but after putting me on hold for more than half an hour, i am still unable to contact them. My mail inquiries to their help desk have gone unanswered.
