Archies Online — not received booked gift for my wife

I booked a flower bunch and a big teddybear for my wife but did not receive the gift, flowers my wife received, but instead of teddy bear they again sent flowers after 3 days, with same message. I have pics of order number and the bank statement for amount deduction, did not receive any email from them confirming order. Order no. Al[protected] of rupees 6499.
