Archies Online — online rakhi order - australia | |||
I tried ordering rakhi to my brother in australia through www.archiesonline.com on 20th august. The rakhi is worth of rs.1849/- and after payment the website was down and received an error as transaction failure. Thinking that in that case the money will be refunded for unsuccessful transaction, i tried ordering again on their website for the same product to the same address and again after deduction of amount the transaction is failed with some error. So i called my bank customer care and they informed that if there was error the amount will be refunded in 7-21 days. Meanwhile i contacted archies customer care and the lady has suggested me to write an email to [protected]@archiesonline.com which i did immediately. I received an email on 21st august from customercare that they informed concern team for the same. On 22nd august which is a holiday for eid i received an email from archies saying both my orders are already dispactched. From that day i am trying to customer care and my calls are not answered and helpdesk has responded saying as its already dispatched they can't cancel. So far from past 4 days i am trying to talk to some one and not able to connect any one in customer care except on the first day. I had written mails saying to atleast call me as i am not able to contact the customer care and no one even attempted to speak. Atleast i am expecting that this complaint would reach the customer care head and proper action is taken.
