Sir, i had placed an order on 25th december 2017 (Order id-or[protected] which had to be delivered on 1st january 2018, but the order has not yet been received till the writing of this mail.
It would be a favour to me if you provide me the courier or post number so that i can track the order status as your helpline number is always busy and keeps me waiting for hours.
If you are not in a position to deliver my order before 5th january, can i cancel my order? As it was a new year card which will be irrelevant after 5th of jan.
