ARM — not refunding

We called hp ccc for warranty extend on nov -2018, hp advised me to contact arm info serve as its hp’s vendor. We paid arm on nov 2018 and had they taken almost 45 days to update us and later they informed hp denied to extend the warranty, now they still not refunded amount till date. They stopped responding our calls.

Please advise as hp forwarded us to arm. We only trust hp
