Armaf — no confirmation from merchant post order and payment

Placed an order with order id 6784988 through armaf website 2 days back.
Order is placed with merchant xeryus retail, however have received no confirmation or shipping details.
Payment has already been made through payumoney gateway.
I have also tried calling the number on armaf website but no one responded to the calls.
Please look in to this issue urgently.
