Arsalan Oversease — not delivered from first flight

Dear sir,
I book my visa, pcc and passort by first flight courier,
I checked today it's delivered but my friend working in arsalan overseas didn't not get till now.
My original visa and passport in this parcel.
After 3 days have tickets from delhi to dubai.
If i not get it.
I will go 80000 rupees loss and i will clam for that against you.
So i request you plz do needful as soon as possible
