Arshad — theft of electricity | |||||
In street no.2, rishi nagar, tibba road, ludhiana A man (Arshad) use the kintting machine by illegal way. They have not use the commercial meter for this purpose. It will effect the electricity voltage in entire area. My humble request to you, to take effective action against these person.
