Arshbir Enterprises (Opc) Private Limited — online purchase done for dry fruits but till date no response... request for returning back my amount paid thru online.

Dear sir,
I had ordered dry fruit items thru artradco.in on 17th jan.' 20 and had done online payment through my credit card. After that, i didn't got any tracking details of my order & there is also no contact details or response. Only one mail came from them saying "we've received your order #6050, and it is now being processed:" from mail id "artradco.in"

I have also sent a mail to the customer care requesting for the tracking details of the order placed. But there is no response from the customer care too.

As there's no response or reply back, i feel that it is fake site and i have lost my money. Can you help me in this issue please & get my money back.

Please solve this issue and return my money back.
