Refrigerator giving "thud" sound in freezer every 5 to10 second. I made complaint on 21/11/2018 vide complaint no.[protected] when i was told that service charges including gst are rs.400/- which i agreed.
Now your service department is asking for charges of rs. 590/- which is not fair. If there is communication gap between your call centre and service department, why customer should be penalized for rs.190/-? You may get recorded conversation from your call centre to verify my statement. When requested to talk to seniors, your service engineer avoided saying that all senior managers have gone for lunch. I do not know if there is a mass lunch in samsung.in that case why service engineer contacted me during lunch time?
I need urgent attention for the sound.
