Arun Kumar — Balance deduction of Rs 100 after Recharge of Rs 120. | |||||
I m using Reliance Gsm network.My number is [protected] and I did recharge of Rs 120 on 23 march 2016 5.36 p.m. And within two hours i have received message that your balance in Rs 18.82 on 6.53 p.m. Then i made a call to customer care at 198. They said their server is down. So please call after some time . I made call next day and they said their server is down.Today, on 7 April they were saying that not even single service was activated during the deduction. But they are unable to refund my balance . So kindly help me in getting compensation. Hopefully you take right action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
