Arvinth Kumar — PVR Cinemas Amount credited, but Ticket not booked

On July 11th 2024 I have booked ticket in PVR cinemas for INDIAN 2 Movie and payment made through internet banking and I completed my payment of Rs 670 and 2nd time for Rs 664.00. Payment was successful. Whereas ticket has not booked and order is not showing as booked in PVR app. I contacted PVR cinemas no responses. Request PVR Cinemas to refund the amount at the earliest
