Actually, We booked ticket for Banglore to Tripur at 11.00 PM. Bommanahalli(Banglore). But in that day my mother is not well. So i called to that KPN
office and i asked to them whether i can take my bus in Electronic City. They said ok, but you want to call and remind us at 10.30 PM. Then we called to
them continuously until 12.30 PM no one take my call. and it not a good travel bus also. If any customer not present means they should made a call whether
they will come or not. But they didnt do like this. After 12.30 we called to previous branch office (bommachandra). They took my call and they said this is
not our area. So we cant help like that. Then i requested him, Pls my mother is not well. help me. Then he will say wait i ll track that bus and say. After some
he called me and said that bus is very near to you. That time the buses crosses. We didnt get that bus. Now my mother is admitted in hospital. I continuously
called to head office i asked my booking amount. They didnt give a proper response till now. Very bad. They cut my call. They didnt attend my cal. very very

(05/10/2014- Sunday night 11 PM AT bommanahalli, Banglore). I want my amount. The mistakes are :
1. They didnt give enough information to get the bus.
2. They didnt make a call when the customer is missed at that time.
