I am Parthasarathy (Brahmin) I have recently constructed a home
(2200 sf) in Vadavalli Coimbatore, and i was searching for an interior
decorator to install all necessary things in my home like Modular
kitchen, Television Wall Paneling Units, Showcase, Cot etc, By the
time i have seen an advertisement in news paper regarding the same
the company name was Ashwin Interiors (An ISO 9001 Certified Company)
which is located in No 2015, Trichy Road, Opposite Rajalakshmi Mills,
Singanallur, Coimbatore - 641005, Ph: [protected],
then i have contacted Mr. Anandakumar (Owner of the company) for the same,
he told me the estimate cost and the time line to finish the work after he visited
my new home, total cost he was said that Rs 3, 90, 000/- but in order to start the
work 50% in cash advance which is Rs 1, 95, 000 and rest 50% after completed the
work, and the time line to finish the total work was 30 days, i was accepted his
deal and paid him 50% cash in advance on 03.06.2015 with out any legal
agreement because i was trusted him by his words and promise.

Then he came with two helpers who do not have much experience in the field
and started his work, but after 28 days he was only able to completed around
40% of the total work, when i seek explanation regarding the same he said that
i do not have money to purchase the materials and left me with two options
that either give me 4 months time to finish the total work, else pay me the
rest of the 50% now so that we will work day and night and finish the total
work in next 5 days, then i paid him rest 50% as well, and later on i came to
know that he was also having an alcohol and non vegetarian (beef & pork)
in my newly constructed home during the time of night work with his two helpers,
even after i paid the total amount of Rs 3, 90, 000/- he did not finished the
complete work and said that cost of the plywood has increased so i need
Rs 1, 00, 000/- more to finish it which is not in our verbal contract, and he left
the work in the middle after i ignore to pay the amount which is not included in
our verbal contract deal. so aware. this is fraud company
