I have registered a complaint about the defective product over phone on 11th february 2018 and i have received the complaint number as [protected] by sms and was promised that someone will contact me within 48hrs. Since no one contacted me by 13th feb'18, i have again called the costumer care enquired about it. Then i was promised that some one will definitely contact me on the same day. I have waited 6 more days for some one to listen to my issue. Nothing happened unfortunately. To my amazement, today (20th february 2018) i got an sms from you saying that "dear customer, with respect to your complaint no.[protected] is closed"!! Is this the standard of their customer care service?
Now my issue
I have repainted my house using royale atmose about 8 months ago and now the same is getting peeled off from the surface. Details of shop from where the paint was purchased, details of the painter, quantity etc.. Had been provided at the time of registering the complaint. Was this information helpful? |
