[Resolved] Asian Paints — coloring of my new apartment | |||||
I gave contract to asian paints to color my apartment. I made the full payment. They started working from 21st october. On 6th november evening, we discovered that they applied wrong color in the hall. I gave them color code 7922 (Light yellow) but instead they used 7992 (Orange). I informed them immediately. On 7th november morning they agreed that they applied wrong color and they will apply the right one. On 8th november evening, i went to the apartment and found that all the color is done. They have finished applying color 7922. I found that they have not applied primer on the previous color and instead they just put the new color on top of the earlier one. The earlier color is deep one whereas the new color is light one. On the 9th november morning i clearly found that orange tinge is appearing below yellow color. They are so unprofessional and moreover all they way they are telling lies. Was this information helpful? | |||||
