[Resolved] Asian Paints — fraud/cheating/false promises/not returning money
On 5th april 2017 i got a waterproofing and paint work done through asian paints for which i paid 5000. I was promised and told that our products can manage any kind of water seepage and in case it fails than the entire money will be refunded back. I got it done through asian paints because i have heard that this company is strong on customer promises. On in dec the water seepage came back and per warranty i reached out to asian paints for the same. It took them 1 month to assign an officer and that too after registering complaints on linkedin and various emails/calls. Then it took them 1 month for the testing and assigning a labour for re-work. Since their product failed they are telling me that the refund will not be given since this was because of the seepage and not because of their product. The seepage has always been on the wall and just for minting money they sold me their product and services and now when their product failed the blame is being put back on me. This is a case of fraud & cheating. I am going through mental torture because of this company. I have to take so many leaves from office, continuously chase the company for my money despite warranty. I need your help in getting my refund of 5000 and additional 20000 for all the mental torture and harrassment. I have to take leaves from office which impacted my productivity and increment.
