[Resolved]  Asian Paints — I'm complaining about the safe painting service

I made an enquiry for safe painting services for exterior repainting of our house in Veppampattu, Tiruvallur, Tamilnadu. I was contacted by asian paints sales representative Mr. Vikram. It was agreed upon to paint the exterior walls, all doors and windows. The workers were not properly supervised and they left early before completing the work since there was a disagreement between the contractor and the dealer. I have made all the payments on time but there is still few places that were blatantly ignored. The final payment was made on July 30 and I've been following up with Mr. Vikram to complete the unfinished work till this day. I'm frustrated and disappointed with this poor service I received even though I paid premium rates. I request Asian paints ltd to kindly look into this and do the needful

Asian paints contacted me and got all the necessary details and forwarded it to the regional management. They assured that it will be taken care of. Then, I got a call from the regional manager and they again got the details of who supervised the site. The associate finally called me and visited the site on Sep 16 along with their technical lead. They inspected the site and promised it'll be finished within a day or two. They visited after a week on sep 23. It took a whole 4 hours and they painted the areas I pointed out. The associate was unhappy that I raised the complaint and made snide comments while talking to the painter. I waited for 56 days and didn't want to take it to this extent but they took my patience for granted. Anyway, they did complete it and I'm not going to be too critical of the quality of work. Thank you asian paints for the quick action

Associate visited on 16 and said he'd finish it within one to two days. They finally came back with one painter today (Sep 23) afternoon and hastily finished the pending work to an extent. I've waited for 56 days since the last payment for this 4 hours work to be done. I'm marking this as resolved. Thanks for the swift response asian paints but your employees do not reflect the same values that you stand for.
