[Resolved] Asian Paints — peeling off of the paint from my walls for the paint job done by asian paints | |||
I got my house repainted (Gone with full painting option) by asian paint, radiant enterprises and my customer bp no is: 14175151 in december 2017. After 2 to 3 months, the paint started peeling off from the walls. We were in touch with the radiant people who did the painting work and after a regular follow up for 2 months, a technical inspector came for inspection and said that he will get the approvals for the re-work. He however did not comeback with any response in spite of following up many times. So, i registered a complaint with complaint number:[protected]. I have called the customer care till now 6 times regarding this complaint (17th may 2018, 12th june 2018, 16th june 2018, 19th july 2018, 26th july 2018, 28th july 2018). On 26th july 2018 i was told that the rework as part of the warranty is approved and will be executed by end of july 2018. However nothing has been started nor a call from them. Every time i call them they say that they will call back but no call has come till now from 26th july. I went with asian paints services assuming it to do a quality and responsible job and paid a premium price and have gone with royal aspira. The execution of the painting job got delayed by a month and that too with too many follow ups. Overall i am very disappointed by the initial work done and also on the rework status which has not commenced till now. The team is very un professional and also the customer care who gave only one answer that they will come back to us in a day but no one came back to us. Request asian paints team to look into this immediately and give us a response and also fix up the rework issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

The customer care people have called and have taken all the details how it was before the painting and after the painting and they said they will comeback in 24 Hrs. But till now no one has come back. They key issue is poor response and multiple follow ups. Please get this expidited
