Reference to complaint[protected] Sir, We have communicated the claim of rs.73028/- however you have agreed to pay only rs. 24000+rs. 4000 total rs. 28000/- The cost is too small if compared with the actual loss and delay. However still we have trust on the overall quality of paint. Considering this as an exception, we are accepting the settlement amount aas rs. 28000/- and we are herby withdrawing the case subject to payment of an amount Of rs. 28000/- through m/s porwal paints amravati.
