8th september, 2018 Complaint no. [protected]... I have logged a complaint for patchy effect. Without any solution these complaint was closed. Than story starts after following call centre. As i complained about the patchy effect, after 3-4 days executive from ahmedabad visited the site and found it true. On that day they repaired wall again to check. But after painting with the color i have purchased, again there was a patchy effect shown. My color contractor shown him non dissoluble parts of white color in it. He explained about these insoluble parts are not dissolving in the color that why patchy effects is generating. He & dealer from where i purchased paint also found the thing is right, at the site. Executive visited twice at site. But no solution was given. After frequent calling to customer care, on 13th august executive said that your problem will be discussed with my upper level and will know by 16th august. While again i call call center for the same on 18 or 19th executive than says our r & d team will visit at site than and than only we can decide how to solve the problem. Than how can white insoluble parts cant soluble in color. Again no surety about compensation from company side. Even company doesn't bother about complaint. Last 10-12 days before r&d executive visited with local executive at the site. He also experimented by applying fresh color and my balance color using various base coats. According to him painter had not stirred bucket (Mixed color) well. I said painter had done his business very well. He also talked with my color contractor. One more thing, paint was stirred at dealer place after mixing color agent on automatic machine. He also found the color which i had purchased is faulty not to quality extend. I had phone discussion with him for what action from company side will be taken? I suggested him i had purchased 7 buckets, all are having same problem, so company should reimbursed my cost of paint, what i had paid to dealer including painting cost. He said as per company policy this is not possible. Till date no communication from company. So again request to resolve my case immediately, otherwise i will go ahead. There are insoluble particles still today in color present. They are not dissolving in color. Demanding only refund of mrp paid to dealer and painting cost of rs.25000.
