[Resolved]  Asian Paints — warranty issues

Hi
I have waited for over one month for asian paints to attend to the complaint i had made in mid october.
Apart from two phone calls from your customer care personnel, when the details were taken down each time, there has been no further action to address the issue.
This is gross neglect and indifference to the warranty that was provided to us when the contract was signed in 2016.
I am writing on behalf of the apartment owners' association and we are all very disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by your personnel.
Expecting the issue to be resolved without further delay.
A very unhappy and disappointed customer.

Sorry, I don't know what BP number stands for.
One of your personnel, Mr. Shibin, visited our apartments last week, and expressed surprise that the work hadn't been completed in April, because he was the one who signed for the 20 litres of paint. He assured me that he would definitely be arranging for another Contractor to finish the job, promising to come back on Monday, 26th. Today is the 29th and until now, no one has come to do the work.
