[Resolved] Asianet Dth — Asianet false promises | |||
hi everyoneI am aisanet dish tv customer since last 2 years. Asianet have these one year subscriptions and i took it last october (i.e october 2013) At the start of the subscription, they will promise all the channels. I am basically interested in hindi channels more than malaylam so i have taken a package according to it . I was out of ernakluam for one month and i came back to ernkaulam last week, and what was shocking was that they have removed most of the hindi channels like LifeOK, zoom, sonyetc . When i called the customer care, they were not even sure what the problem is. They went to an extent and said that i might have changed my TV. I mean what has tv to do with the channels. Having said that, i HAVENOT changed my tv. The representatives who pick the call seems to be clueless are of no help. They have done the same even last year as well, and it seems to be part of Asianet plan.
