[Resolved] Asianet — High ping, low speed, unstable connection and unresponsive customer care. | |||
I made a post a couple of days before saying that the connection that asianet has given me (Customer id: tv118940) has been completely unstable, with throttling, high ping at certain fixed times, dns changes, low speed and much more. I previously made a very extensive post about the issues that i am facing, upon contacting the customer service they even fail to recognize some of the terms i used which should be very well familiar to them. They also changed the plan specifications and charges, nothing has been done to improve the integrity of the connection. Inspite of repeated complaints at the cable operator .. problem is not yet sorted out. If you do not address the issue immediately I will have to go for legal action against you people.
