Asianet — Payment debited twice for annual service subscription AA91005962 | |||||
My service consumer no :AA 91005962 Based on the reminder from Asianet Satellite Communication Ltd for the annual renewal for the service TV network for the period 2017-18, I attempted to renew the subscription on line in the company site. The offer mentioned in the communication was for 12 months subscription 2 month extra service will be provided. Hence, renewal was made thro online and payment was made thro my credit card for an amount of Rs 3480/.But confirmation from the company was not received immediately after the payment was made. Second attempt was made to renew and payment. The company didn't confirm the success of the payment. But my credit card banker confirmed the payment made to the company twice for Rs 3480/on 14 th march 2017. When approached the company they are not responding properly and ready to refund the excess amount of Rs 3480/collected from me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
