Id: ag92000852 I have not renewed my subscription from october 2019. Being a pre-paid service i assumed it was disconnected. But i am getting sms message saying that it will be renewed. You have not provided a fair method to reply to sms or for submitting a disconnection request. Instead, you are renewing by your own and your people are calling and demanding for payment; which is unfair. So this is to intimate you that i have discontinued your service from october 2019 / on nil pre-paid balace.
