Asianet Satellite Communications — asia net tv connection

My asianet tv connection was disconnected today without any information. I have requested for invoices/bills for making payments through customer care services. But so far they didn't send any bills on my email or send any messages to my mobile. I happened to face lots of inconveniences due to this sudden action. Issuing of bills/invoices is a normal accounting procedure and it should be provided to us in advance for making timely payment. Hence, i request to take appropriate action for disconnecting my tv without making proper intimation. Also request to arrange the connection as quickly as possible.

Sir AS iam leaving trivandrum so i dont want the broadbrand service hear after. Hence you stop my broadrand service. Hence it will be easy for me that i wont get any futhure mails regarding payment options. So please cut of my connection
