Asianet customer id kd92001894 Tech process trns id kd92001894_[protected] Amount of 490rs is transfered through net on 19/10/2019 Until today i checked on asianet they didnt recived payment Due to not receiving monthly payment i am unable to avail cable service. I have contacted customer support and raised a complaint Complaint ticket no :kd0078356 But no resolution, the payment gateway they are using sucks. If possible escalate this issue to account and refill the wallet or revert back the money debited from my account. I don't know why it gets this much delay, as while payment there is no failure prompt shown, at least for user convinience, their site and gateway are the worst i have seen, please improve that too, before promoting online payment. Please request for change of timing of serial vanampadi to an earlier time of 7pm as it is good compared to neelakuil.8pm to 9pm disturbs our dinner time and not able to view it later as I am working.Do look into the matter.
