[Resolved] Asianet Satellite Communications — broadband connection network problem | |||
I'm an asianet broadband user from kottayam, kerala. The service providers are not at all helping their consumer. The customer care no is not toll free. They hold the line for several minutes and we have to suffer large call expenses. They never try to repair the problem in person they just places a request and do their business. I have been getting network connectivity problems for about a month and no technicians or any sort of actions were taken by the asianet executives.
