Dear sir, My broadband connection tv151536 is the asianet sub code is been used in my shop, where as for the past 2 weeks the internet modem which was provided by asianet is dead. I have lodged a complaint based on this but noone has turned back. I am lodging this complaint in the forum because i had a business loss in my shop and lodging this complaint based on it. As internet was not there i was not able to monitor my cctv. Apart from that this is a fixed payment which i am making and i request to deduct the amount based on the non usage from the next bill.
