Asianet Satellite Communications — cancellation of net connection

I, sali paul, cn 65264, want to cancel my net connection. I had requested for the same last month but no action has been taken and though we have not used the net connection for the last 3 months we still get an increase in the bill amount, i don't understand why this is happening & so please cancel our net connection since we don't need it anymore
