I am writing for my brother-in -law, as he is out off station.This connection is at thripunithura, Kerala.Asianet digital is forcing to choose their package, not possible to delete channels that are not viewing like HINDI, TAMIL etc, &have to pay more. His sub -code is GA[protected]Mahendra varma)His package is KERALA GOLD HD, there are many channels are not viewing.When ever i send many times mail to customer care, asking, how can choose channels online, no reply .As TRAI says customer can choose channels by their on interest, but ASIANET not giving such option.My mobile no:[protected], mail ID [protected]@gmail.com.Please help me. No one called me or send mail from ASIANET DIGITAL.As TRAI says customer can choose channels, &pay for the same, but we have to pay for unwanted channels, that we are not viewing, it is too costly.Where i have to give complaint?Please help me.
