Asianet Satellite Communications — idiotic service & frequent network unavailability | |||
One of the dirtiest service and connection ever seen, that is asianet broadband for me now. My subscriber code is : tv128748, and i stay nearby technopark, trivandrum. We never get the speed as they mention in their plans. I had upgraded my plan, just to see slow network connections. Now the main cause of the writeup here is frequent network unavailability & non-responsiveness for many days even after multiple reminders to the waste thing named customer service call. Let me mention a few things that are happening nowadays. The internet stopped working (Let alone the speed, that is always a comedy) last saturday night i. E, on 28th october 2017. I made many unsuccessfull efforts to connect to the customer care centre. Their line seems to be always busy (Lol).. I could connect to the customer care centre on 29th october 2017, sunday morning and then registered a complaint. I had some really urgent things to be done during the weekends. I had called them multiple times that it is really urgent for me, and they ensured that they had escalated a high priority ticket. Since it was a sunday, even cyber cafes were closed and i couldnt get my urgent work done. I had called and talked to the customer care executive many times on sunday, and nothing happened. On monday morning when i called them, they mentioned that the technical department has to respond and that they will do something to make this urgent. Again nothing happened during the day, and i was able to get connection only by monday night. This is how they do things urgently :-) :-).. And now the superb thing is that, again today is a saturday (4th november 2017) and the internet is not working :-) :-). I contacted the customer care executive, got complaint registered. I seriously want the continuous network availability as soon as possible. I asked them the contact number of the nodal office, tried calling, the phone rings and no one attends. I donot want to pay bill for the days where i have been adversely affected. (In fact they should pay me ideally). I want a cut in the bills for the number of days when the network was unavailable..
