Since today morning (15 aug18), when the cable is switch on its just showing... Initializing alonwith some frequency in khz. I called up at your customer care at 1207pm and booked the complaint. Again at around 1330pm i called and reminded as the issue was not resolved. Till evening 1900hrs the status is same and the customer executive is unable to help me with a proper answer. She tells everything from their part has been done and now its the technician who should do his task. Dear asianet could you pls tell me where does the fault lies, we needed to watch the news updates since the entire kerala is under flood threat. Now i think the fault lies in me as i opted for the asianet cable service, now its done with.. I am going to change my connection to any dish tv type. Enough is enough...
