Dear sir Subscriber name : louis thomas Registered phone number :[protected] District : kottayam Place : changanacherry Stb sn : az[protected] Cas sn : n[protected] I have upgraded to asianed hd a few months back after i received a call from one of your executives stating that by paying an amount i can upgrade to asianet hd and get all hd channel. I agreed. After paying the amount and getting my stb changed i did not receive any hd channels. On enquiring with the customer service number i was told that i need to make an additional monthly payment and visit the nearest office to get the channels. This wasnt told to me and it was clearly told that if i change my stb and make that payment i would get the hd channels. I felt cheated and helplessly agreed to make that additional monthly payment and was getting the hd channels. Now a few days back i realised that all the star channels are not available. I am an ardent follower of sports and realised that i was not able to watch icc champions trophy and also the french open. I called the customer service number and activated star sports for an additional charge (Isnt this cheating?? - dont you think this is cheap?) but i am still not able to watch the french open. What is my problem if you have some issue with star sports?? Why should i pay for your blunders? Dont you think its unfair to put your customer of more than a decade in such a discomfort? Havent you heard of customer satisfaction? Now regarding your customer service number; 1. The number [protected] is the only number which says all lines are busy 2. One needs to dial atleast 20 times to get through 3. One does get a feeling that this number is programmed in such a way that customer do not get through as anyway the customer service personnel are out to make fun of customers when they call 4. The customer service agent has very very little knowledge of what the issue is and therefore the customer is just wasting time trying so hard to first get the line and then to make the agent understand the issue at hand 5. The customer service agent deliberately cuts the line knowing fully well that the customer is not going to take the effort to break through this orchetrated drama of getting through once again. I would request someone responsible to please resolve my problem. I need to watch the french open and i have paid money for getting the hd channels.
