Asianet Satellite Communications — Poor service, no collection agent, many channels not available

Am residing in palakkad town and using acv.
Nowadays most of the channels are not available. No collection agent is coming and hence the connection gets disabled without prior notice.
When i called for customer care. She is talking like she is paying me for watching acv. Very poor service as compared to earlier days.in a competitive time like this you should satisfy customer.
