I am using a 100mbps connection from Asianet broadband which apparently has been giving only half the speed promised and also in the past 21 days i have been constantly complaining about the unstable state of their connection and no action has been taken so far. I am paying for a 30 day plan and out of this 30 days more than half of the days have gone to waste with their unusable connection. This connection has made me suffer during my online classes and tests. They should compensate for the loss that happened due to the constant ignorance of their staff members and I want to get this problem with my connection fixed as soon as possible. Please inquire with me after they say they solved the issue because most of the time in past the didn't solve the issue and simply closed the complaint.
The speed have been terrible and as low as 400-500kbps.I even mailed to their head of customer care Radhika Subramanian at [protected]@asianet.co.in but they didnt take up my calls and also not responded.
