I never asked www.bsnlhangama.com to subscribe hangama programs to be attached to my land line[protected]. Since last two months, i am being forced to apy additional amount of rs.410.00 towards hangama services which i am not using atall. Plese deactivate the hangama service immediately and adjust the deducted amount with the next bill. Please confirm the same.
I therefore request your to do the needful to avoid additional burden on a senior citizen and retired person like me and oblige.
