Ask Career India — Fraud

I get a call from this ask career company, saying that my resume is selected. I asked through which portal but did not disclose that further which asking me what job position i'm looking for and which country. And after that they asked me to pay an amount 4600/- rs first as registration before they could put me through companies like microsoft, ibm etc. Only after that can they proceed and give me more details on the job. But as soon as i asked them to send these details exactly by email as well since the guy i was speaking to was just running his mouth like an express train, he asked me to hold and then disconnected the call.
