[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Amount refund rs.500/-

I have received the wrong product from ask me bazaar. Product no. Ab11157882i requested them to refund my amount. They have pickup the product and i have given my account details to refund the amount.
I have regenerate tickets no.98558 dtd. 06/05/2016 & second time tickets generate on 16/05/2016 tikckets no. 101408. I am submitted my bank details pdf file.
But i have no refund in my account no.

I Have ordered apple i phone 5s 64 GB on date 24.11.2015 through ask me bazar.com, but on date 2. 12.2015 i have recieved the apple i phone 5 S 16 GB. the price i was paid was 64 GB not for 16 GB. But coustumer care side no response.
even i had complaint for the same many times.
every time they start to ask history and irritating question.
