I bought from ask me bazaar a Nova trimmer costing Rs. 349. As per instructions it shud b charged for 16 hrs before using Ist time. I charged it for 20 hrs, but still it is not working and hadn't worked a single time. When I contacted customer care of ask me they said warranty period of only 48 hours is over.
