Askme Bazaar.com — No Refund Policy - No User Registrations - Is this E-commerce? | |||
This is regarding the delivery of Order number AB4196741 from AskmeBazaar for Homezara set of 2 designer foldable stools. I got the package delivered by Delhivery with the details AWB[protected].On opening the package, I found only one foldable stool instead of two and was really surprised. I called up their very famous helpline number [protected] (All 4s) & asked them to send me the second item as per the order. But was surprised again as I was told that order would not be fulfilled, but instead the order amount refunded. I was surprised more when the person started asking my bank details - I said I had paid COD and would either expect a product replacement or Cash given back immediately. Well my complain is still pending and I have left it at that. The support email ID never works and only response is through twitter. Well this company does not have a user registration process (very strange for a ecommerce website), does not guarantee that the product is new, does not have a warranty, does not replace items, does not fulfill the incomplete orders and of all collects COD but does not refund in the same mode. Friends just beware while shopping with AskMeBazaar and use much better choices we right now have in India. Hope the CEO is listening. Was this information helpful? | |||
