Askmebazaar.com — Not received order or refund since 2 months

Hello sir/mam Order No.- AB3491659, i ordered a product from askmebazaar.com on june 10 but till i did not received my order.i called them many times but they always keep on saying that your complaint is registered & our representative will get back to you within 5-7 days(i listening these lines since 1month), later i complained for my refund & they always keep on saying same.i had spented more maney than my product value on calling to them.My loss amount is 299(product value)+300(unnnecessary calling).
