I bought a 10000 mah sony power bank from askmebazaar.com on the month of may (Rs. 679.00) whose order id is ab2698225. I paid the total amount using my credit card. But when the courier delivered the parcel, they said that it was a cash-on_delivery shipment and they again took the whole amount from my mother. I called them the next day & told them all about the problem. That particular representative listened to my problem & confessed that the problem was solely from their side, and they lodged a complain against it (Complain id - qrc 507595). Infact they promised me that the money will be refunded to my account as soon as possible. But 2 months had gone by and no refund was being received by me till date. I had called them 5 to 6 times after that regarding this issue but everytime they made false promises that within 7 days the money will be refunded. Please help me regarding this.
