Askmebus — Regarding automatic cancellation of my ticket | |||
I booked a ticket through askmebus on 25/10/2016 03:20pm, indore to bhopal, 1/11/2015, charted speed pvt ltd, and i got mail from askmebus about confirmation of my booking (Pnr 3xdc98z, seat no. B1). I also received a sms for same on my mobile. On 28/10/2016 04:52pm, i received another sms on my mobile saying "we have processed a full refund of 373 it will reflect in 5 to 7 working days, sorry for the inconvenience. For refund status - refund. [protected]@gmail.com". This msg was surprise for me because i never requested to cancel my ticket. I immediately tried contacting askmebus team but nowhere their contact number is mentioned (Neither on ticket nor in msg, only emali ids were there). I did not have net accessibility that time, so i could not sent them mail that time. I immediately contacted charted speed pvt ltd and they confirmed that there is no ticket booking my name/mobile and the seat b1 is still vacated (Which was booked by me through askmebus). I immediately managed to book a seat for me directly through charted speed pvt ltd for my mentioned journey. I sent an email on 2/11/2016 to [protected]@askmebus.com, and refund. [protected]@gmail.com, i still have not received any replied and no money back. : ( Was this information helpful? | |||
