Aspire World Immigration Consultancy — Lousy service, misinformation and unprofessional attitude. As long as you provide the money they demand they would be all rosy with you.

I am made a fool out of myself trusting these people. I am from Mumbai and I applied for their services almost 3 months ago via Naukri.com. The whole process led to finally reaching Aspire World Immigration Consultancy and their services. I was genuinely interested and applied for their services for Temporary Job Visa for Germany.

Ultimately when my Visa interview came up, I was ridiculed for the lack of information and awareness I had about the process.

the documentation department took all the documents via mail and then send me the hard copy of the documents as the final set for submission during interview. All these documents were my personal details, passport copy, resume, etc. I was assured that these are the final documents that I need to submit.

When I reached the embassy for the interview, the said I do not have an application form- which form the basic paper work for any menial work. From there on the list went on including the name provided for the DD.

The clerk made fun on each and every step, soon to be joined by the staff, security guards and the onlookers, of the process and finally I had to return because they said I was supposed to attest my certificates before applying for the visa.

As a part of their services, are they not supposed to at least intimate the candidate about this particular aspect? I fail to understand the meaning for asking the documents if they were to be sent back as a hard copy. I could have taken it here itself, don't you think?

And the attestation part, I could have done it if they would have told me that. It is not that I do not know about the process, but I have asked them repeatedly whether I have to attest my certificates or not and their reply was - ' Nahi sir, aisa to kuch nahi hai.' (No sir, there is no such step required)

I can assure you one thing - a consultancy who commits to take people abroad and promises you a carrier but fails to mention about an application form which is the first simple paper that needs to be attached is not fit to cater anyone. Forget about informing the candidate to attest his/her certificates.

Thank you for making me look like a clown and providing a free show for all the people at the German Consulate on a humid and hot Tuesday afternoon at Nariman Point.

And as for the initial Rs. 35, 000, I do not think they are going to give me back the amount. They are authentic people and would mention that its a non-refundable thing. And plus I have signed a contract with them which say that they are not responsible if the candidate fails to submit all the documents.

Check below the amount I paid for allowing these people to ridicule me at the expense of my own cost just by trusting these people.

This forms a part of my lesson and the cost was Rs. 35, 000 + the travel insurance of Rs. 6, 700 that I had to take before I even had my visa. Yes people it is a part of the embassy's requirement that the candidate must have a travel insurance (that cannot be cancelled) during the interview process. but what about people like me who are made to look stupid and want to discontinue the service of such a crappy organisation!!!

I am still looking at the hole in my pocket. Is anybody listening????

Well to the founder of Aspire World Immigration Consultancy, keep my Rs. 35, 000 as a donation to your handicapped organisation. You can use that money to train your staff - starting with 'How to fill an APPLICATION FORM'.

Hello
Mr.sreeyash nair
It have been a huge disappointment and shocking to read the obligation you have taken against the organisation

We respect you as a valuable client and have helped you throughout the process, we have the mails which proves that you really did appreciate our work

We conducted the mock interview and you really performed well, unfortunately after giving you several reminder to take your 2 set of all documents, you failed to do that, now please let us know how are we responsible for that

If we are at mistake please correct us, but it really took you two minutes to defame the company and we gave our 100% for 2 months in filing your visa

But there is something called law and justice, and we are not at fault we will get justice

For reference please find the
Attached screenshot mail conversation between our company and Sreeyash

For further information please mail us operations.[protected]@gmail.com
I am not going to go on mailing you for your mistake.

From your end you did send me all the documents that I have mailed to you. But those were the documents that I could have taken a copy here in Mumbai itself with your instruction. My problems began when the set that was supposed to contain an Application form was missing from your part. Given that it may be a mistake from your end and you forgot to attach it can be overlooked and can be understood from my end. But DIDN'T I send a photograph of mine for the application form??? With a blue background when you asked for??? Didn't you have ample of time to inform me that the photograph requires a white background when you had enough time with you?

HOW DID YOU PEOPLE MISS THAT? Are you people colour-blind to it??? Why is it my duty to know from a clerk or security guard at an Embassy to know what kind of photo I must be using? Don't you people know about the criteria for filling a form and the necessary particulars required for it??? If I was supposed to know it from them, why should I bother to take your services???

Apart from that YOU were supposed to intimate me about getting my certificates attested. If you do not provide the service of attestation, then you MUST intimate me about it. I could have got it done myself. Haven't I given all the necessary documents like the Travel Insurance which is non refundable once the policy starts? It cost me Rs. 6695 to get that policy because you stated it to be a requirement as a document required for the interview. Then why was the attestation part left out from you end? Can you send me a SCREENSHOT of any conversation that mentioned it?

If you have a reputation to uphold then do your services properly. And the justice you speak of, must be yours if you are not at fault. But if you have a mistake on your part then own up to it. You run an organisation where you may be catering thousands and lakhs of people for their carrier. But I am single candidate and the fees I pay is my hard earned money. So I have the right to emphasize on my needs when you promise a service against the fees I pay.

I have sent a mail to you on 27th October intimating about what you missed. And I haven't received any reply regarding that. Instead you chose to pinpoint out my fault with a stupid Screenshot you are sending me here to fool more people around. If you were really reputable then I would have got a reply for the mail I have sent you. If you did not get the mail - here is a screenshot for you. You can read it to your heart content.

The manner of not replying to my mail proves the point that you really do not care about any grievances from your customers. As for the complaints that you are speaking about, I have come across another complaint regarding your organisation on this forum itself.

Here is a link to the above mentioned complaint - https://www.consumercomplaints.in/aspire-world-immi-e-migration-services-llp-fak...

FYI
I did take 2 sets of documents for the interview. The sets are not the issue; but the set which were supposed to contain the necessary documents were missing because of the information that you were SUPPOSED to send was missing.

And it is a really kind advice to you - Do not tell me about law and justice. As far as I know, Indian Judicial System does not listen to or entertain people and organisations who fail to deliver their services. So if you think that the law is going to actually take interest in your appeal then please go ahead and do what you think is rightfully your action. I have more than a Screenshot to convince my point.

Dear fellow people seeking visa for Germany,

Beware of this consultancy providing information in a selective way. What I mean is explained below.

They do not tell you that only degree holders can apply for the visa. I have received calls from many people telling that Aspire told them that undergrads and diploma holders are eligible for work visa for Germany. Although you may procure the visa, which by itself you can can do it yourselves, Germany does not take immigrants seeking job below the degree certification. Rare cases are if you are already working in a company then, you can work/ travel to Germany with a work permit but for fresh applicants, like me who made the mistake of trusting them, Germany does not cater to you for a work permit for undergrads. I have worked for a German Company in Dubai and I had been in touch with them to acquaint with the procedures after I lost money with Aspire.

People living in India, if you want a confirmation on this, please inquire with consultancies like Y axis, etc. They can give you an idea too. Problem is - two of the candidates who called me had already made the mistake of paying the initial 35, 000 already and then inquiring. Staff nurse applicants also please consult with other consultancies. If you are an undergrad, I doubt it. Both the calls were from staff nurses and both of them called to check it with me and one had inquired with Y axis to confirm this. They told her that Germany do not take undergrads directly for employment. The minimum i a Bachelors Degree.

The procedure is already wrong with Aspire; they do not screen you with an interview or do anything related to the job. Other consultancies only ask you to apply for visa once your have at least a shot at the interview. The initial 35, 000 is just for registering with them, which they of course tell you. But we think that it is the usual procedure - BUT IT IS NOT.

Common sense says - you need a visa and a work permit only if you have acquired a job or a vacancy selection and you have some paper indicating that you will go to Germany. So please think before registering with them. They are charging 35, 000 for just registering before any job selection. The term that they that "Sir, you are eligible for Germany" or "Sir you have been shortlisted" has no sense. These phrases are their regularly used phrases. You are shortlisted only when the company where you apply for a job says that you need a visa so that you can work for them. Otherwise you do not require a visa. People from other states than Delhi have the problem when everything is assured on the phone. Either go get yourself acquainted to the process by visiting these people and cross-verifying their statements from well reputed consultancies to understand the difference. Just saving the money of travel will land you in losing nearly 70, 000 as their service charge for nothing.

Another way is by approaching the German consulate and asking them the application procedure. There is a help desk; I have been to the German Consulate myself and they told the help desk always provides info. They provide you with a link (website) with all the requirements and the procedures will be detailed in the entire website link provided by them. Rest all is 'Do it yourself'. I have had the opportunity to interact regrading the process and its details when I went for the scheduled interview at the German Consulate when I was being guided by Aspire on 27th October 2015. When all my documents went wrong, courtesy - Aspire World Immigration Consultancy, the man behind the counter explained me all the details and how it was supposed to work. I do not recollect the link address since its been long time, but if you approach the German consulate help desk, they will help you with it.

One last thing:

What people are not aware is that apart from the 60, 000(which was last year; this year they have increased the process fee to 70, 000) you pay to Aspire, there is a payment that you have to make to the German Consulate via DD (2 DD) for the procedure. That is roughly up to Rs. 50, 000 split in 2 separate DD (45+5 approx.) You only get to know this information after you pay your initial amount of 35, 000. They never tell you this up front. Maybe that is how most consultancies work. But not reputed consultancies. Reputed consultancies explain the entire procedure and what amount you are going to pay in all and every bit of information. After this fiasco with Aspire, I had approached other consultancies for consultation and they explained the entire procedure. After that alone they say about their service charges. So when you talk to Aspire, a fresh and uniformed applicant would calculate around 70, 000 as the amount for the entire process and later on is surprised when they say that there is a procedure fee by the consulate too. But if you walk out of a reputable consultancy, from day one, you know the service charge + the overall cost that you are going to pay in the entire scheme.

To be frank you are paying 35, 000 for filing work and the rest for job assistance.

Remember your job visa is valid for only 6 months. If you do not procure a job in a company, it is easy for Aspire to say that it was your fault. But at the same time, if you yourselves take the initiative to get the visa you save 70, 000 (as per the current fee). And you only pay the DD amount (which is mandatory) and makes it a direct crystal clear transaction between you and the German Consulate. But it only makes sense if you have a job. At the end of the day you need a job, then alone a visa would be applicable. Please do not fall the words of Aspire and that to never on phone. I speak from experience.

Germany does not take undergrads directly. Canada does. And maybe Aspire might be doing a good job for those candidates but still the practice of withholding information and poor service maybe applicable to all the candidates equally. A new applicant just with the aspiration of going to work in Germany or Canada will not know the right questions ; there it is the "Consultancy" that we approach must help; But Aspire doe not gear up to this in anyway. People who are acquainted with the process may know what to ask... this is particularly for the first timers. Please do not fall for this.

In my case they didn't even intimate me about the background colour of my photo. It is supposed to white... but I had given blue one. I got to know this at the scheduled interview. Please do not make a fool out of yourselves like I did. People around you lose trust no matter how dedicated you are in life. These people cannot see what is visible to them. It is pretty clear they are inexperienced with a lot of training required.

All the best.
