My consumer number is [protected]. The current bill amount far exceeds the amounts of preceding bills. It appears that reading of meter is not done properly during the covid 19 pandemic lockdown. Please refer this matter to the meter reader. My consumption of electricity remains constant. It is even lesser what i used in previous months. I shall be grateful if the concerned authorities take action and for verification.
